FAQ
How is my commission calculated?
On your total product sales for the calendar month. Sell $0 to $249.99 and you earn 20%. $250 to $999.99 earns 25%. $1,000 and above earns 30%. When you reach a tier, that rate applies to your entire month of sales, not just the amount above the line.
Do my own orders count?
Yes. Anything you buy for your own home counts toward your monthly sales total and earns commission at the same tiered rate, up to 30% back.
Does Autoship pay a lower rate?
No. Subscription orders earn your normal commission percentage. There is no reduced subscription rate and no penalty for helping a customer commit long term.
How does the 5% team bonus work?
Refer another Affiliate and you earn a flat 5% on their sales, on top of your own commission, for as long as you are both active and in good standing. Your referral has no sales minimum to hit. You need at least one customer sale of your own that month to qualify. There is no time limit.
Is anything excluded from commission?
Commission is earned on products and product bundles. Accessories sold on their own, such as microfiber cloths and empty bottles, are not commissionable and do not count toward your monthly sales total.
